Palatine Acres is proud to announce the availability of Tech services for our clients! The Vet makes house/farm calls so why shouldn't we?  With 20 years of Veterinary Technician experience, Victoria is now available for help with routine management or emergencies.  Just like the Vet there is a visit fee in addition to the procedure fee, but with low overhead we can keep prices extremely reasonable!  Per Florida Law, since Victoria is not a DVM there can be no diagnosing of disease or prescribing of meds but just about everything else is able to be helped with.  We offer a range of services from routine fecal exams to pallative therapy for ailing animals. We hope to be of help where needed.

Visit Fee : $20.00

General Services

• Fecal Exam :$10.00 (you provide fresh fecal sample)
  
• Vaccine Administration (except Rabies vaccine) :$5.00 per vaccine + vaccine cost
  
• Medication Injection :$8.00 (you provide medication)
  
• Subcutaneous Fluid Therapy :$5.00 (you provide fluids & administration set)
  
  Canine/Feline Services 
  
  
• Nail Trimming :$15.00 (may vary with length of trim and temperment!)
  
• Ear Cleaning :$15.00 (medicating ears additional)
  
  Caprine Services
  
  
• Hoof Trimming :$10.00 (unruly goats extra!)
  
  Swine Services
  
  
• Baby Pig Management :$20.00 per pig (Needle teeth clipping &  Iron injection) Litter rate starts at 10 piglets = $15.00 per piglet
  
• Hog Nose ringing :$10 per pig (herd discount starting at 6 pigs = $7.00 per pig)
  
  Poultry Services
  
  
• Debeaking/Desnooding :$5.00 each service or $7.00 both at same time per bird
